There are multiple fireworks, fire effects, mountain hikes and other possible triggering occasions during the event. We want to bring awareness and do our best to accommodate those with special needs.
Reactor Venao is a Private, local community event, Created by and for the community of Playa Venao. It is limited to 600 participants. If admitted, You will be coming as a guest to a private event.
Playa Venao is not just a destination—it’s our home and a cherished community built on respect, harmony, and shared values. As we welcome guests to join our gathering, it’s essential to ensure everyone aligns with these principles.
This is not a "wild party" but a celebration of connection and gratitude. Attendance is a privilege, not an entitlement, and we kindly ask all participants, especially those who are not part of the Venao community, to approach this event with humility and an open heart.
We invite you to leave behind feelings of entitlement or expectations of “I paid, so I deserve…” Instead, join us with a sense of gratitude for the opportunity to be part of this special experience. Together, let’s honor the spirit of our community and create something truly magical.
Attendees must know, that the access to some venues may require shuttles, hiking, and standing in-line while waiting for access.
If admitted, You are expected to arrive to scheduled events on time, have patience, accept what is, wait at times, and have some moderate physical abilities to hike or stand calmly and wait.
If you are handicap, please notify us in the previous section, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Unfortunately in the past we witnessed individuals that behave or feel that all is allowed as long as no one is watching...
At our everyday life We practice kind, considerate, behavior.
We make constant effort to be courteous, helpful, and demonstrate protective behaviors to all, even when we are tired. We are open to receive guests that behave the same everywhere - at restaurants, supermarkets, at the beach, forest, rivers, public places, hotels, villas, and just about anywhere else, even when they far away from the place they call HOME.
Please answer the following questions thoughtfully:
1. RESPECT THE VIBE
Your behavior within the event and OUTSIDE of it, is expected to be friendly, pleasant, and polite. Yes, EVERYWHERE - at the Supermarket, Street, Businesses, Beach, Restaurants and Hotels.
If any member of community reported of misbehavior, you will lose your wristband.
We expect polite kind behavior towards people aropund and event staff. We do not tolerate unkind words, vandalism or pranks and wish for all to feel safe and at home.
2. NO CELL PHONES at The Dancefloor 📵 is sacred.
NO "SELFIES with your bestie at the Dancefloor
NO videocalling your friends overseas to show off.
NO hidden photography of yourself or others
NOT even "Just a quick one".
We have Zero tolerance for those games, if violated, you will be escorted out, and might lose your wristband.
You Can and Welcome to use your phone far off the dance floor. While you are in - Connect with those around you, not with someone overseas.
Leave your influencer or blogger job at home, we don't support any extra advertisement from the Dancefloor.
You might see our staff / media team using their phone cameras, this doesn't mean you are allowed.
3. DRUGS & ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION ETHICS
The open and public use of illegal DRUGs, abuse of alcohol, “getting wasted” or any inappropriate/bothering or "over the edge" behavior, on our Dancefloor or outside of it, is unacceptable! Know your limits, stay away from passing them or You will be removed from the event.
4. LEAVE NO TRACE
You agree to hold any trash, cigarette buds, chewing gums and their wrappings, etc. and dispose later in a designated container, or keep those in your pocket, until such container is available later.
5. CONSENT
We ask permission to touch, hold, hug, kiss, or any other physical contact with those around us. Clear verbal consent is required before any of that.
6. INVOLVMENT AND CARING
We help those around us and the production team, and by doing so we create a beautiful reality for ALL.
Playa Venao is our HOME, our compass is Love ❤️

Simple 10 simple principals, No more - They were carefully curated to assure we all have the best time:
1. Respect the vibe 💥⚡️✨
2. Obey the staff’s instructions.
3. Respect the personal space of others ☮️
4. Report if someone violates your personal space ☣️
5. Use of Smart Phones on the dance floor is NOT allowed.
6. NO DRUG use on our dance floor. 😤 Doing a Bump / Line / puff / any illegal substance you get you to be kicked out. 😣
7. Bring your own cup / bottle, we serve the liquids only, in your container (No single use cups / bottles are allowed).
8. No Trash, cigarettes buds, gums on the floor / plants / furniture, they belong in your mouth or pocket or in the Corresponding Trash can.
9. No naked upper bodies are allowed 🙄 It's going to be hot 🥵 or wet ⛈ - bring optional clothing.
10. No constant whistling, or screaming (We love excitement but it’s the music we want to listen to)

🤷🏻♀️ YOU AGREE that in case you violate the rules, YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE EVENT PERMANENTLY (!) with no rights of a refunds or claims.
